Flytime Yoga is a compact, illustrated 28 page booklet. Meetings & Conventions Magazine selected it as The Hot Idea.
The booklet is easy to use wherever you are traveling and contains stretches for airport, airplane, baggage claim and at your destination.

There are easy stretches for back pain, shoulders, neck and hips. You'll also be able to do simple breath work for relaxation on bumpy flights and to release stress. You'll decrease jet lag and flight fatigue as well. No experience with Yoga is necessary or special clothing. If you already have Yoga experience, you'll be able to extend and enhance your practice with these techniques.
