The YoGo Project's first production, Drivetime Yoga, helps drivers and passengers to be more present, energized and healthy by stretching often. By practicing a 'Rolling Namaste' in gridlock and traffic jams, you'll leave road rage behind and benefit from a more healthy lifestyle. Low back pain exercises can also relieve passengers wth back problems during stressful driving times. Deepak Chopra has written that 'the body is like a river' and with Drivetime Yoga that river keeps flowing. Drivetime Yoga books, audio and other media, feature simple series of yoga exercises and adjustments that can be done easily, practicing yoga in your car and everywhere. Drivetime Yoga helps to tone, energize and relax drivers so that they become more centered and focused on driving safely.

The YoGo Project ideal of bringing yoga practice into daily life is not new. Yogic Masters of ancient times, taught their disciples yoga asanas to enhance their meditation practice, which then enhanced every other action in their lives. Yoga means union of mind, body and spirit. With Yoga one can bring the sacred into the mundane. The busy world we live in, the stresses of modern living, demand that we find new ways to stay healthy and centered, to be more effective in whatever actions we take. Yoga isn't an austerity.
